2 Crows Brewery
We’ve been working with Sip & Taste tours for the last few months and it’s been a BLAST getting to know some of our brewers and wineries better. Sip & Taste is a food and drink tour company based out of Halifax. They focus on elevated tour experiences and exclusive perks when you choose their tours. There are two divisions:
- Taste Halifax offers food & drink tours that show off Halifax’s vibrant gastro culture
- Grape Escapes offers wine tours (primarily) that take guests to the Annapolis Valley. They also include cideries, craft beer, and distilleries!
Today we got to sit with 2 Crows Brewery, one of the Taste Halifax partners, and learn all about what makes this brewery so unique.

Hours: 12pm – 10pm Sun-Wed, 12pm – 12am Thurs – Sat
2 Crows Brewery is a Nova Scotia brewery focused on modern, fun and funky (in their own words) wood-ages and sour beers. We loved the vibe in this open concept, industrial space. The staff was fun and friendly and the beer was fabulous.

When I’m planning my visit to the East Coast this summer I’ll definitely make a note to check this place out – I love trying to new, local beers.
