The New Quarterdeck Menu That’ll Make You Drool

We’ve lost track of how many visits we’ve made to the Quarterdeck!  This is, hands down, our very favorite place to stay in Nova Scotia and we love everything about it.  The amenities are incredible, the area is just amazing and hand-crafted cocktails are to die for (we totally stole their Basil & Cracked Pepper Gin & Tonic recipe).  But to all our fellow foodies out there…we’re about to dish on the BEST part.  There’s a brand new Quarterdeck menu, inspired by none other than the Kilted Chef.

Full disclosure, this is a seafood restaurant!  So nearly everything on the Quarterdeck menu caters to those who (like me) adore sea-inspired culinary experiences.  But, for anyone out there not so fond of fish, shellfish and the like – they’ve got something VERY special for you.  Keep scrolling 😉

>> [24:35] Enough Said Fish ‘N Chips which we both agreed was the best looking (and tasting) fish & chips we’ve tried to date.  We loved the light breading!

>> [45:38] The star of the show and the Quarterdeck’s signature dish is the Chicken Lucy.  Let me break this down for you friends; it’s a chicken kiev topped with creamed lobster.  It was juicy and deliscious!

>> [ 50:34] Double Smoked Pork Chop with a hard cider reduction and I wager, the thicked chop you’ve seen in a resto!

> [57:01] “Hell Bay” Dark Cream Ale Chocolate Cake – it’s everythig you’ve ever wished for in a cake (including beer).

We loved every single thing we tried and after the show, the 3 of us continued enjoying these beautifully created meals.  We can’t wait to visit again and work our way through the entire menu which you can view for yourself (including prices) here.
